Furthermore, we install a high-performance, faster, superior capacity server for Your data. In special cases we also offer secure (https) servers, etc.

What does it mean you don’t need expensive hardware-investment?
Our web-based breakdown management ProFM Helpdesk relies on a new technology: the so called ASP (Application Service Providing). Its main point is that all softwares and data are stored on vintoCON’s main servers; all you need is an Internet connection with the browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc…).
Are my data secure in the ProFM Helpdesk system?
Yes. Your data are stored on secure application and database servers either ProFM Helpdesk service package you use. No other users, nor unauthorized people can access your data. If you subscribe to our package with monthly-payments, even communication between your web-browser and the server will be coded.

Will my data remain in case I change the package?
Yes, of course. The databases of ProFM Helpdesk system and the vintoCON product family are perfectly compatible, all products are capable of working together in integration. By changing to a higher solution package, your data remain entirely at your service.
